At the edge of the town stood an abandoned mansion that everyone feared. The locals believed something dark lived inside it. One
night, curious and brave, Daniel decided to explore the mansion alone.
The wooden door creaked as he pushed it open. Dust filled the air, and the
silence felt heavy. As Daniel walked through the hallway, he noticed a strange shadow moving along the wall. The problem was… there was nothing there to create it.
He stopped walking. The shadow stopped too.
Daniel lifted
his hand slowly, but the shadow didn’t copy him. Instead, it twisted and stretched like it was alive. His heart pounded as the shadow slowly slid across the
wall toward him.
Suddenly, a whisper echoed through the mansion. “You shouldn’t have come here…”
The lights flickered even though there was
no electricity. The shadow grew taller and darker, reaching the ceiling. It slowly detached from the wall and moved closer to Daniel.
Terrified, he ran toward the exit. When he finally escaped and looked back, the mansion stood
silent again.
But under the pale moonlight, Daniel noticed something horrifying.
The shadow standing behind him… wasn’t his. 👻
