Five friends—Rohan, Sameer, Karan, Amit, and Vikash—planned a weekend camping trip deep inside a dense forest.
The first night was peaceful until Sameer suddenly disappeared.
His sleeping bag was still inside the tent, but there was no sign of him outside.
The friends searched everywhere, shouting his name.
Then they heard Sameer’s voice from deep inside the forest.
“Guys… come here!”
Rohan grabbed a flashlight and followed the voice with Karan. After several minutes, they found Sameer standing motionless beside an ancient tree.
His back was facing them.
“Sameer?” Rohan called.
He slowly turned around.
His eyes were completely black.
“Run,” he whispered.
Suddenly, the forest lights went out.
When Rohan’s flashlight came back on, Karan was gone.
Then Amit disappeared.
Only Rohan and Vikash remained.
They ran toward the camp, but every path somehow led them back to the same ancient tree.
At dawn, forest workers discovered an empty campsite.
There were five sleeping bags, five backpacks, and a strange message carved into the tree:
“THE FOREST NEEDS FIVE.”
Weeks later, villagers heard voices calling from inside the forest.
“Rohan…”
“Vikash…”
Then, one night, two new names appeared carved beneath the first message.
The forest had claimed them too.
