It started as a normal dream. I was walking through a long, empty hallway in an old house I had never seen before. The walls were cracked,
and the lights flickered above me. At the end of the hallway stood a dark door.
Something inside me knew I shouldn’t open it.
But in dreams, curiosity always wins. Slowly, I pushed the door open. Inside the room was a
single chair facing the wall. Sitting on it was a tall, thin figure dressed completely in black.
“Hello?” I whispered.
The figure didn’t move.
As I stepped closer, the air became freezing cold. My heart
pounded in my chest. Suddenly, the chair slowly turned around.
The face staring at me looked exactly like mine.
But its eyes were completely black.
It smiled slowly and whispered, “You shouldn’t be here.”
Terrified, I tried to wake up. I screamed, struggled, and finally opened my eyes in
my dark bedroom.
Relieved, I sat up and took a deep breath.
Then I noticed something horrifying.
Across the room, standing silently in the corner… was the same figure from my dream.
