In the frozen wilderness of Siberia, a small research camp stood miles away from the nearest town. Local workers warned the scientists about a dark figure that appeared during the long winter nights.
They called it Shaitani Saya—the Demonic Shadow.
One night, an Indian researcher named Arjun was checking equipment outside the camp when he noticed a tall black figure standing far across the snow.
He raised his flashlight.
The figure disappeared.
Suddenly, his radio crackled.
A whisper came through:
“Come outside.”
Arjun immediately returned to his cabin. But moments later, muddy footprints appeared on the floor, leading from the locked door toward his bed.
His teammates heard him scream.
When they entered, Arjun was gone.
Only his radio remained.
The next morning, they followed a trail of footprints into the forest. The footprints suddenly stopped beside an abandoned wooden cabin.
Inside, they found hundreds of photographs showing the research camp.
In every photograph, a dark figure stood somewhere in the background.
The final photograph was taken only minutes earlier.
It showed Arjun standing outside the cabin.
Behind him stood the shadow.
But the terrifying part was that Arjun was looking directly at the camera while everyone knew he had already disappeared.
That night, the camp radio switched on by itself.
Arjun's voice whispered:
“Don't come looking for me.”
Then another voice laughed.
“He's not alone anymore.”
